The Fiddlestick Festival
Greenfield's Downtown Strip, Greenfield, Tennessee
Held in downtown Greenfield in April of each year, the Fiddlestick Festival was started by a local family who owns a carnival business in efforts to give back to the community. Entertainment includes games, food, and free carnival rides made possible with sponsor support. The Fiddlestick Festival's unique name comes from the hand-made ice cream treat often seen at the event: vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate and rolled in peanuts affectionately titled the Fiddlestick.

Annual UT Martin Rodeo

Rodeo is a huge deal for the University of Tennessee at Martin. Consistently a leading national rodeo team, the Men's Rodeo Team is ranked #1 in the Southern Region and #23 in the Nation (2015). The annual UT Martin Rodeo is held at the West Tennessee Agriculture Pavilion on the campus of the University of Tennessee at Martin. The show features racking and walking horses from approximately nine states. The event is sponsored by the Weakley County Rescue Squad as a fund-raising project.
